Matt is the Strength and Conditioning lead at Derby County Women and joined the club during the 2018/19 season.
Not only does Matt lead the S & C at the Ewe rams but he also works for Derbyshire Cricket Club and the FA ensuring that athletes are at their optimum when required.
A valued and highly expected member of the Ewe Rams staff, Matt will be looking to help the club reach their target of a place in the FA Women's Championship next season.
